Why did you stop using Shopify?
There was a technical mistake that happened last month causing Facebook to chargeback almost 3 months worth of sales from my site, claiming I never delivered the product. This was not true, and I provided delivery confirmations for all of the orders.

I had a checking account through Shopify and was concerned that Facebook's actions would overdraw my account and affect my payouts. I was reassured several times in writing by Shopify support that my balance was fine and payouts would not be affected.

Based on their willingness to work with me to resolve the error, I decided to continue using their platform instead of switching to a competitor. I then proceeded to have my biggest sale of the year (4th of July sale) on their platform. After which, they did the exact opposite of what they told me - they placed a hold on my payouts account and have been holding all funds, including new sales, ever since.
